Soaring 37 stories above downtown St. Paul, Minnesota, Wells Fargo Place is the tallest office building in this central business district. With its notable design and granite-clad exterior with reflective glass curtain wall and windows, this skyscraper distinguishes the city’s skyline. From its premier office tower, tenants—including some of the region’s top financial, engineering, insurance, and legal firms—take in beautiful panoramic views of the State Capital grounds, the Mississippi River, and the City of Minneapolis.

Truly the place “where business thrives in St. Paul,” Wells Fargo Place covers one city block and is bounded by Wabasha Street, Cedar and East Seventh Streets. The building contains nearly 635,000 square feet divided between the high rise tower and a three-story atrium, which is home to such notable firms as Wells Fargo Bank and Minnesota State, as well as retail space such as a sundries store, dentist office, and a food court.

An atmosphere of class greets visitors as they walk through the building’s front doors. High quality, timeless finishes can be found throughout the tower and atrium. The tower ground floor is predominantly granite and the atrium floors are terrazzo and marble. Elevator lobbies are finely appointed with cherry wood, distinctive lighting and carpet with stone tile accenting. Storefronts consist of sapele mahogany wood, glass, or marble. A large domed skylight in the atrium provides extensive daylighting. The building is connected by skyway to Town Square, the Minnesota Children’s Museum, and the World Trade Center Parking Ramp. Wells Fargo Place has its own 156-stall underground parking ramp with valet parking and other amenities available to building tenants. Wells Fargo Place also owns the 500-stall Town Square Parking Ramp, which is available to building tenants via a short skyway walk across Cedar Street.
